Nurse Anna explains Sickle Cell

Nurse Anna Ramsey stopped by to talk about sickle cell disease and what you can do.  The most important thing is to be tested to see if you might be a carrier.  The disease is 100% genetic but many people are carriers and pass it down to their families.  A simple blood test can tell you if you are a carrier.

Jesus in the Closet

With guest Jordan Cloyd we read a story about Jesus appearing to a Jewish man and his Christian wife on there closet door. Personally I think it looks more like a woman than Jesus or even a man for that matter. You can see for yourself by reading the story.

Had a great day playing Irish music and hope you get to enjoy my show.

Happy St Patrick's Day

Well here is my first radio blog entry and my hope is to put up news and info related to my radio show in Grenada on SGU 107.5FM. Today I have been playing music from Irish musicians and it was quite fun trying to find it all. I have also thrown in some sound bites or drops from the Simpsons that were related. We have read about the origins about the St Patrick's Day which you can do by clicking on the link. We're almost done with the first hour and hope you are enjoying the show.
